We want you to be happy with your purchase - Simple as that.  We understand that on very rare occasions things can go wrong, parcels get delayed in transit or customers change their minds.  It is part of life and something we need to accept and make the process as easy as possible.

Rather than making complicated retuns processes we simply ask this. If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 30 days of receipt. Our email address is There will be no quibble or questions, it is simply to inform us so we are ready to recieve the item back using whatever courier you wish.

We then ask you to return the item. We recommend taking it to the post office and using their small parcel 2nd class service. This will generally be the cheapest option. However if you prefer to use your own courier that is fine.  If the item is faulty or damaged we will pay for the return postage cost. If this is the case please contact us by email and we will provide you with a printable label that is postage paid for the item return. We ask you to pay if you have simply changed your mind. This is the most fair and honest way to handle it.

The item will be refunded on arrival via your original payment means.
